The recent activity at NTTR might be pure routine, but of course could also be to send a message to a particular big neighbour east of here, as there is a lot of other interesting activity in Europe
Just saw that there is already a 2nd plane to be finished, 45+15 from TLG51, which however is not part of the sharing agreement.
