Hello Magoo, I beleive similar applications were used during the Vietnam war with the EB-66. They used ECM jammer pods, (music) to interfere with intercept radar's. Although the F-117 is supposed to be "invisible" to radar. We all know that other techniques can be used to "paint" stealthy targets, i.e. Serbia....Perhaps the B-52H upgrade will address those other "known" techniques. Considering that when one defense is applied another offensive is discovered. Big AC, extended flight duration, refueling capabilities etc. No more Ravens to do the job now. THUD
