The special use NOTAM would have been in effect last night 7pm until midnight. I did not pick up anything on the usual mission freqs during that time. Whatever it was did not generate radio chatter. The high altitude airspace NOTAM will be in effect later today. As Gabe pointed out there may not be any comms on the ATC freqs. But I would expect the arriving aircraft to talk to either Groom or TTR, assuming they will land at either location.
