After reading the thread below about the high altitude reservation I became curious whether this type of notice is made for high altitude balloons as well? A couple of days ago there was a balloon at 60K+ feet that was floating east over southern Nevada then on into Arizona. It had the same callsign as the now-defunct Alphabet Loon Balloons. I knew these weren't flying anymore so I did a little digging and found it was this company possibly testing a radar system. https://ravenaerostar.com/
