Those are "Nose Docks". Maintenance shelters designed to allow working on the forward section/cockpit of an aircraft with lighting and out of the weather.

I don't know if those are B-1 specific or a generic size "SAC Standard" building, because I saw those shelters at every base with B-52s and KC-135s that I was assigned to.
