Second, it is a basic matter of discipline. You heard the commander addressing that specific issue in the video. While an airspace violation in Nevada may not be a big deal, crossing over the Chinese or Russian border would be. If the aircrew cannot follow a simple restriction like that, it is almost inevitable that they will botch something more important.
