RC-135 with a Hoover callsign is sucking up intel over the Utah/Nevada border and there's a Metroliner flying interesting patterns over Las Vegas that possibly is related to drug interdiction. According to Scramble, "The RC-26B is equipped with electronic surveillance and communication equipment to assist law enforcement in homeland and abroad with reconnaissance and tracking of illegal drug traffickers and drug cultivation activity in addition to the ability to provide necessary support during natural disasters and national special security events."
