Hey Morgan, Not sure where you are driving from but you may also want to check out the action at Nellis about 1 hour before and after the times Joerg mentioned. Park between the Speedway and Nellis AFB and you will see plenty of action. Like fish in a barrel compared to normal fishing in Rachel area. :)
