Thanks for your feedback on the charts. I will try to verify the frequencies next week. Las time I have verified the VOR on 117.500 was in 7/2020. While it is possible to move it to 115.700 I think it would be highly unusual to do so. As for the voice freqs, I can confirm that as of yesterday the freqs I have (which do not agree with the charts) were active. I am sure the southern taxiway could still be used as a runway. Heck, come to find out the backgate road makes a great runway for the right plane... :-) My comment on the hangar numbers was in reference to the H24 and H25 labels. The last "known" hangar number is 23 for one of the F-117 hangars. Before the construction of what is labeled H24 and H25 in the chart (#61 in our building map) several other new hangars were built. Including the "2005 Hangar" (#55 in our building map) and the "2009 Hangar" (#62). So, if they are numbered in chronological order H24 would be H25 and H25 would be H27.
But the runway markings were removed between 2007 and 2009 and the broken white center line was replaced with a solid black taxi line in 2010 or 2011.
