I am afraid I don't have much more info on the Dragon flights. I used to hear them on several occasions in May and June of 2019 but did not archive the audio.

They were definitely based at TTR, operating in R-4807A, possibly the EW range. They had their own controller, callsign Project, who also had a British accent.
