This photo and others at the attached link to Gabe's aerial photos of the Skunkworks facility at Plant 42 shows beginning construction of a new large building with direct ramp access. According to an article in a local paper it will be a new "208,000 sq.ft. low bay advanced manufacturing facility. The facility will allow Lockheed Martin to integrate the use of AI, robotics, and other advanced technologies that help reduce costs, while incorporating advanced safety features." But of course it could well be a new production facility for the new 6th generation fighter.
