On the other hand, the answer might be a lot simpler. It might just be painted in ‘ordinary’ white paint to reduce it’s infrared signature.

The colour might also differ between different operators with different demands. As far as we know only the USAF is operating the Great White Bat, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the CIA and maybe even the NSA also get their hands on a few of them.
