I'm spitballing here, but... Have we considered that they could be basing out of Miramar because TTR is too busy (or on too high of a security stance due to new projects/guests) to handle their flight schedule? Their exceptionally busy week at the end of October featured a bunch of people lined up taking pictures in front of an F-117, which seems weird if they were there for Green Goblin. But what if they were there for a retirement party or a coming out party where these remaining Red Air jets may be leaving TTR? Just a thought. I mean, they did manage to maintain OPSEC while flying still-classified F-117s and several different MIG platforms out of the Canyons back in the 80s, so I guess it's for lack of ability -- but maybe lack of space? There are only so many hangars and potentially lots of little swarming bugs?
