I worked out of Holloman several times over the past decade. Without a doubt there have been at very least rumors of black projects flying out of there for decades. The reason I have some doubts is it’s proximity to a public highway/town and the fact that the German Air Force has had a substantial presence there since 1992. Given it wasn’t like I got to go peek in every hangar, but the base seems pretty open. Now there is an interesting RCS range on the north side of White Sands that was off limits....
