Which means if they have the NPD? There is an airframe making these available. Which is 100% proof of a test article in use. They cannot throw this data up without measuring the airframe in situ at least once, as shaping and size play a massive role. And no, it cannot be modelled yet to any efficiency, thats why they have a database thats constantly added to.
Noise-Power-Distance data has been collected on all powerplants on all relevant airframes.
