Also, each B-21 base will need its own AI bunker very much like the Beale AFB effort. What i have seen on the bench is staggering - Yes, it is 'available' tech, but it is all fused into such a way that it is an expotential leap in war fighting. Oh and there will also be the unmanned escorts needing repairs / maintaining so expect that too at each base.
There will be a secured bunker system- A lot of young airmen have headed 'elsewhere' for training on 'things' that are being locked so tightly away that it resembles the cold war days of nukes. Think a triple layer of security inside the secured compound.
