This is up into F22 type heights, which funnily, is also where the NGAD is looking at (Raptors at 60 thousand are all but untouchable killing machines. These beasts slice through any and all opponents set against them when they start the fight at height - so much so that allied air forces on exercises have the Raptors brought down into lower realms for turning fights rather than the Raptors slash and run attacks)
