One time I heard heard ramrod telling a F-117 that TM (telemetry) was down so there was no hot mic available. I've searched and the only reference I could find for voice channels on flight test telemetry was from F-18 tests in Australia. Its described in the third paragraph from the bottom. I think they may have something like that for the F-117.
