Looking at the ADSBExchange history, the aircraft is based in the Dallas, TX area, mostly flies out of McKinney Airport. It flew from Dallas to Wright Patterson today, with a stop at Dayton International. All other flights this year have been local in the Dallas area. Looks like it is ready to get the payload mounted at Wright Patt. I will keep an eye out for it around the ranges.
