She was actually designed in such a way that not even a majority of the suppliers knew exactly what was going on. First ones were hand built (not the composites, obviously) in air gapped hangers. China doesnt know, nor do the Russians. That's for absolute certain. How can we tell? The doctrinal changes I wrote about above? Didnt happen.
