I was going to make the same point. My guess is that LinkedIn blurb was cut and pasted from his OER from that assignment. If that's the case, take anything you read there with a grain of salt. Having read, reviewed/coordinated, and even ghostwritten a number of OERs, I can tell you they are prepared with a liberal dose of narrative license when it comes to quantitative aspects of an officer's responsibilities.
