I was on 4230 a few months ago and it was bladed nicely. The route from I15/Carp Elgin via Rainbow Pass Road, then Snow Springs Road is good but once you turn off towards the mine, things get iffy. I have not been on that specific road but roads in and around Garden Mountain a mixed bag or okay to impassible.
