Typo? I am not following. But its interesting that the RF 20-1 spikes look very similar to the ones observed this Monday. They all are into the MOA, in areas where jammers would hang out. So jamming is a likely culprit here. Nice catch.

As a side note: Before the old copper wires to Rachel were replaced with fiber optic wires our internet and sometimes even the phones would be out during exercises. I assume the jamming signals caused induction of spurious signals in the copper wires.
