I agree with you Pete. I'd also like to mention that the photo we see could have easily been taken on the back side of the A-12 hangars on the Baja ramp. They do open on both sides, the south side being unpaved, graded dirt, and they do have a fence with small hills to the south. Curious of your opinion.
