You know, these people are gonna get nowhere with this lawsuit. They've already lost their spouse etc. Now they are wasting their life away with this lawsuit hanging over their heads till the day they die. Take it from me, sometimes you need to just get on with your life. The stress, etc, of this screwed up legal system will takes years off your life and ruin it.
