Yes others have been invited to the party, yes, interested third parties have been briefed on certain aspects of the effort, almost as if it were a re-run of Churchill, Nightjar and FOAS all rolled into one. Interesting years ahead as 'Back in the day', the Brits actually had a design that, had it been utilised, would have been as effective a penetrator as the Buccaneer whilst being in the F22 regions of LO. But the F35 was borne and that design was laid aside.
Let me assure you now that certain 'Things' are in place that are as of now, revolutionary in concept and execution.
