Utah 81 was a KC-135R (tail #57-1432, 191st ARS, UT ANG). I heard that call sign at least once before in the ranges, in 04/2019. They were refueling an F-22A that came up from Edwards AFB (tail #08-4159). Refueling freq. 337.500. Mission freq was 375.800. Raptor 1 used call sign Indy 51 on mission. The refueling track was over the TPECR, so I assume it was an ECM mission. Track points off Beatty:
1: 330 @38
2: 025 @14
3: 035 @28
4: 350 @44
Left hand orbit at FL220. This is a very common refueling track.

After the mission ended Raptor 1 RTB'd to Edwards, Utah 81 to Salt Lake via Wilson Creek.
