747Pilot, yes 61-0320 is trackable on adsbexchange, look at 19-Jun-20 for example when it spent a while in the range.

Looking back at tracking data, SIERA98 is always a KC135, almost always a Fairchild AFB based aircraft. SIERA99 is usually a KC10 from Travis AFB. On 11-Jul-18 SIERA99 was a KC135 from Fairchild 58-0103.

Twice I've witnessed SIERA99 KC10 over the ranges, both times tanking a F-117A; both times it arrived and departed on a more routine callsign, only switching to SIERA99 when on task.
