Chugach Federal Solutions is one such company, and ARSC got 500$ million for a running contract for 10 years or so (IIRC).

So yes, Wake is busier than ever - But it is no shocker - The money has been pouring into the locale - All a person had to be doing is keeping an eye on J-BER (Alaska) as it is they who hold the keys to that particular pacific kingdom.
