covering the whole ramp seems odd to me? i wonder if they want to position vehicles outside and not have to worry about satellite overfly times. i also wonder what the sunshade is made out of - if it's RF transparent they could talk to satellites and flying vehicles when doing system of systems testing or preflights. an RF transparent roof would allow the bad guys to see in though i guess. this sunshade thing is "different"....?
