I'm pretty sure that security fence would be movable and on wheels / casters. The ground crew would wheel it out of the way before sorties, which I guess are relatively infrequent anyway.

If you measure to the outside black edge of taxiway, that gives you a 170' wingspan.

As it's a drone its certain to be right on the taxiway centreline, probably laser guided out to the runway.
