Thanks for the pics Gabe, superb as ever. Had a quick chat with a buddy re a possible RQ-180 hangar. See pic 488. At the north end of the Beale ramp, to the left of the KC-135s, there is a wide hangar suitable for a large wingspan HALE platform. It is surrounded by its own security fence, has its own security entrance gate, and has trees planted on the southern perimeter to shield it from view from the main ramp and general base areas. A possible candidate for the RQ-180s new home? It looks like the based T-38's have been moved midfield to the new trio of curved shelters (photo 523). They were previously located right next to the hangar in question. Gives the new resident a bit more privacy. DC
