Thank you Pete, for the excellent and very detailed info. Which begs the question, is there a new RCS range that Northrop uses? Related: On his May 24, 2020 flight Gabe took some photos of the US Navy Junction Ranch RCS site. The original site is at 36° 2.133'N / 117° 30.142'W. The "wet site" is at 36° 6.252'N / 117° 31.850'W. There is a new site a few miles north, at 36° 7.539'N / 117° 32.351'W. It was built in the first half of 2007. Do you have any info on that? And on the site yet a few miles further north, at 36° 11.403'N / 117° 32.958'W.
