Good catch! The timing fit, but I see now that I was wrong to assume these flights were related to medical testing equipment. So, with the manager of the company that owns the aircraft being a VP at Virgin Galactic (and having quite the resume, as you pointed out), one has to wonder if there is some sort of contract going on involving TTR and possibly other bases.
