Looking at it from that perspective it would definitely bring the total of classified programs that are still hidden to at least 50% or 60%. If there are many technology demonstrators out there that are stll secret. Which is possible...
However, if we start with what we know; it is safe to assume, that more than half of the first 30 years of Area 51's existence is now declassified. (Probably a low estimate)
