After looking at the enhanced picture, and the stop sign immediately in front of it, I think the "plane" may not be a aircraft at all. The stop sign shows it's much smaller than I thought, and the debris underneath may be just that. It could just be a wind-whipped tarp that is over some barrels. Besides who in their right mind would put a super-secret aircraft or even RCS model back behind a hanger with the dipsey-dumpsters?
We may be oohing and awwing over some collection of used oil satellite drums. If so the guys from Helendale got a good chuckle over this.
