Not sure about the white bus. I'll check next time I go to Alamo. My guess would be that people commute in their private vehicles for now. Until last week there were two flights daily, suggesting two shifts, to both Groom and TTR. Beginning this week TTR seems to be ramping up operations. Without going into detail I have good evidence that TTR is stocking up on medical testing equipment. As do other related bases. Thanks to a long time member for pointing me in the right direction.
