Nice work Joerg! I presume the "full stop" meant it was not doing a touch and go, instead it would land and taxi back to it's hangar. As for the "arc" part my guess (And it is a guess not very educated!) is thats it's part of airspace around Groom Lake, probably where the aircraft turn for final approach into the base. Thats what I reckon anyway!
As I understand it "ILS" stands for Instrument Landing System. Used when aircraft are on finals, as a landing guide for approach etc. ILS is usually displayed through the HUD on modern fighters and modern transport aircraft i.e the C-17 and C-130J.
