Yes, S-4, or "Site 4" is in the southern part of R4809, south of Mellan, which is a target area.

Clif Point is probably one of the best viewspots for that area. However, the distance is still about the same as from Tikaboo to Groom. I would think early morning would probably work best.

May be time for an expedition with good optics...
