Thanks for posting the screen shots. That flight pattern looks very typical for the Red Team, entering the ranges from the west. So I would agree with the Nellis spotter that this was most likely a mis-coded adversary. Likely one of the Draken fleet. Did you catch the 6-digit ICAO24 code? 5H-ATC shows as re-registered and no longer in use on Airframes.org
