I found an article about Clifford Zeifman in a Jewish publication, he's a leader of Austin's Jewish community, but it doesn't discuss his business activities. Elsewhere I came across references to him as CEO of "Supergenius Holdings," but that company does not appear to have a web site and in line with what you noted the various corporate documents on records say nothing about its specific activities. Clifford Zeifman has a LinkedIn account, so someone with access to that service might be able to find out more.
Another curious thing is that the Riedel address looks to be a large metal building as might be used to house machinery or the like. It's not an office building. Google Street View also shows a curiously large number of vehicles parked in front of it.
Unless there's some type of aircraft registration spoofing going on, I have no idea if that's possible, my guess is that Mr. Zeifman is doing some form of contracting or consulting work for the military.
