According to Flightaware Janet 715 landed at Groom at 10:54am last Thursday and took off back towards Vegas at 1:57pm as Janet 563.

It could not have been to pick up people at Groom. Another Janet, 288, left Groom for Vegas only 40 minutes later.

Last Thursday a lot of new policies went into effect here in NV. It would make sense that that morning decisions were made on the fly to shut down TTR and scale back operations at Groom.

All that does not explain the diversion to Groom. Maybe they were low on fuel after circling over TTR waiting for a decision? TTR workers helping wind down operations at Groom? Unlikely, due to security.

Same flight pattern today as yesterday. One round trip in the morning and one in the evening each to TTR and Groom. If the Janets brought in workers in the morning and back to Vegas in the evening they could stay at TTR and Groom. That leads me to believe that two shifts are working, one day and one night. Still, no mission flight activity at either base that I could pick up from Rachel.
