That is very odd indeed. Janet 715 normally goes from McCarran to TTR. This mornings flight looks like they were holding over TTR for a while and then went to Groom instead. I can only speculate. My best guess would be that a situation at TTR prevented them from landing there and diverting to Groom. Of course currently the China virus comes to mind.
