The B2 program went hard over to include AFOTEC in the program from the design phase through the end of testing. There were three sets of "front" offices at the B2 CTF with equal treatment - DT&E AF (Edwards), Northrop, OT&E (AFOTEC) The involvement of AFOTEC in the test program was more than I had ever seen in any program I worked. I will refrain from expressing any an opinion of the arrangement. greatguess
