Yes they’re flying the canyon again.... but not regularly. It’s very hit or miss. There’s better places in the area to see jets in the low level. Your best bet is having a scanner with 315.9 and 291.6 locked in and being in the right place at the right time. Pay attention to the radio calls and what areas of the MOA they’re working and you’ll find some. A good source of information is the people working at the panamint springs resort store. Don’t just sit in the parking lot or at the view point, drive down into the valley and keep your eyes and ears open.
