DPG sits in the middle of Dugway Proving Grounds, which was once home to the Toole Chemical Weapons Depot.

They apparently closed the plant in 2012, but there's some debate as to whether the employees actually transferred anywhere.

These days they claim it's all conventional munitions in the Depot out there. And the old WWII airfield (Michael AAF) should be pretty much defunct... Except it has a long, beautiful maintained runway, that was expanded and upgraded as a backup landing site for the XB-37 and maybe 38. And is now used for Army UAV rapid development testing.

It's got a lot going for it in terms of being another Area 51: remote, inhospitable, and terrifying neighbors.
