Looks like a made-up movie video plane added using computer graphics. The damage it does to the building would require a supersonic pass, yet it barely moved the SUV or the person standing there. Also, the shock hit the side of the SUV, but it wobbled end-to-end.

I've spent enough time near or above Mach 1 in an F-111F at 100 to 200 feet to know what it looks like.
