I imagine with the number of satellites these days those briefings are pretty lengthy now and a pain in the neck. But in over 20 years of watching the base I have not once caught "them" slipping up. I am sure there are people on base that do nothing but ensure security protocols are followed. The disinformation part reminds me of stories some of the Roadrunners told me from the A-12 days. When they painted bogus aircraft shapes on the ramp complete with portable heaters for the exhaust to keep the Russians guessing. And I am sure the Russians did the same with us.
