Looks like most of the video was shot from a location a mile or two north or NW of Mt. Diablo. One shot shows power lines. The only power lines on public land in that area run north to south from the main line along Hwy 6 at 38° 7.203'N/116° 46.882'W to a substation just inside the fence line at 37° 53.164'N/116° 46.750'W. The view from Mt. Diablo is similar, but slightly higher angle. The "public" access road to Mt. Diablo intersects with the main road near 37° 53.424'N/116° 45.600'W.
