I understand GE prioritizes updates by the number of views for a certain area. I was hoping that the one positive outcome of the Storm Area 51 mess was more interest in the area on GE, resulting in a new image. So far that has not happened. I guess that crowd is more interested in getting high than actually looking at the base.

I still have hope that a new satellite image may come out of it. It took GE over a year to pick up the satellite image we ordered from GeoEye in 2011.
